Post-OSU Update: Tyreke Smith was selected in the fifth round (158th overall) of the 2022 NFL Draft by Seattle. He was injured two practices into his rookie training camp and needed surgery. The following year he split time between the Seahawks’ and Cardinals’ practice squads. In 2024, he once again spent the season on the practice squad of Seattle. As of this writing, he’s yet to appear in a regular season NFL game. (updated: Feb. 2025)
