2021 Media Guide: Teradja Mitchell has made his mark for the Buckeyes on special teams over his first three seasons and will be seeking an even bigger role in 2021 … enters his senior season having played in 28 career games and will be one of the most experienced Buckeyes in the linebacker room in 2021.

2020: Started on the Buckeyes’ kick return and punt block teams … totaled seven tackles in eight games for the Big Ten and Sugar Bowl champion Buckeyes in 2020 … added 0.5 tackles for loss and one pass breakup.

2019: Started on the Buckeyes’ kick return and punt block teams … made a career-high four tackles with one TFL vs. Rutgers … had at least one tackle in each of the first four games of the season.

High School: One of five finalists for the High School Butkus Award as the nation’s top linebacker … led his Bishop Sullivan Catholic team with 106 tackles, 12 QB hurries, three sacks and three fumble recoveries as a junior to earn first-team CBS MaxPreps All-American honors … played for head coach Chris Scott … in a win over previously unbeaten Cheshire (Ct.) Academy this past October, had 12 tackles, two sacks and an interception in a 47-20 victory.
