1999 Media Guide: Lonnie Woodard is starting his third full year with the Ohio State program. He has battled through a major knee injury, but his work ethic has never wavered. Defensive tackles coach Jim Heacock: “Lonnie works extremely hard and he is just a terrific young man. He is a team player and he keeps improving.”

1998: Competed in the 1998 spring drills, but the knee injury held him back in the fall. Competed in a game for the first time at Ohio State with three minutes of action vs. Toledo.
