High School: Curtis was a four-year letterman and three-year starter who accounted for over 5,400 passing yards and 59 touchdowns for Island Coast … was all-conference, all-area and all-region for head coach John Schowchow … Mastrole Quarterback Academy Super 7 winner … twice voted as his team’s Most Valuable Player … holds every career and single season passing record in Island Coast High School history … led his team to back to back district titles in both 2014 and 2015 … won the
California Super QB combine … also served as Island Coast’s kicker and punter … an excellent student, he had the highest grade point average on the football team as both a junior and senior and finished in the top five percent of his graduating class … a three-sport athlete, Curtis also played basketball for four years and three seasons of baseball.
