2004 Media Guide: Joe Bradley saw his first action as a Buckeye a year ago with five games played, mainly on special teams … hard hitter and aggressive player … walk-on who is in his third year on the team … hopes to earn his first letter this year.

2003: Saw his first career action against Northwestern … played in consecutive games vs. Michigan State, Purdue, Michigan and Kansas State … did not record any tackles.

2002: Served as a backup linebacker and worked on the scout team during practice.

2001: Redshirted.

High School: Two-year starter at linebacker … first-team all-district and second-team all-state as a senior, when Upper Arlington posted a 15-0 record and won the state title … played lacrosse two years, helping the Golden Bears to a pair of state championships.

Personal: Son of Walter and Jan Bradley … has a twin brother, Wally, and a sister Jacquelyn … has been to the Bahamas and would like to see Hawaii someday … would like to dine with historical figures Abraham Lincoln, Julius Erving and Bill Gates if the chance presented itself … enjoys playing cards and the guitar in his spare time … playing little league football is his favorite childhood memory … his favorite Ohio State football tradition is running out of the tunnel just before kickoff … would be playing lacrosse for the Buckeyes if not on the football team.
