Post-OSU Update: Jim Lachey was a first-round pick (12th overall) of the 1985 NFL Draft by the San Diego Chargers. A starter from his first game, Lachey made one Pro Bowl in three seasons with the Chargers. He is best known as a member of “The Hogs”, the Washington Redskins offensive line in the late 80s to early 90s. Lachey won two Super Bowls and made three straight All-Pro teams (’89-91) with Washington. After football, Lachey coached in the Arena League and is currently a radio broadcaster of Ohio State football games. (updated: Mar. 2024)
