1983 Media Guide: Has won two varsity letters at Ohio State as a cornerback and member of the specialty teams … is a catcher on the Ohio State baseball team and batted .295 in 35 games last spring.

1982 Media Guide: Missed spring practice because of baseball.

1981: Returned punts and kickoffs as a sophomore in 1981 … played in all 12 games as a cornerback … made 23 tackles and returned 16 punts for 88 yards .. batted down four passes and blocked a punt.
