1993 Media Guide: Came out of spring practice No. 1 at center … will have to ward off the challenge by classmate Rod Smith … saw most of his action at tackle last season, but is invaluable because he can play virtually all five positions up front … played in all 12 games last season for a total of 95 minutes, and started the Michigan State game at left guard when Len Hartman was slowed with an injury … also a valuable member of the specialty teams … coaching staff hopes he can continue the solid play turned in by graduated two-year starter Paul Long.

1992 Media Guide: Was moved to tackle in the spring, when Jason Winrow was experiencing back problems … quickly adapted to his new position and will be the No. 3 tackle in the fall … will back up Winrow, but could also step in for Kline on the left side if need be … has also played center and guard at OSU, making him one of the Buckeyes’ most versatile players … a good football player who will provide quality depth … played a total of 40 minutes last year behind Paul Long … beaten out by Long last fall at center, but has continued to give 100 percent.

1991 Media Guide: Will be the backup center … saw brief action in six games last year, playing a total of 35 minutes … intelligent young player who is very coachable … needs to get stronger and be more consistent … slowed somewhat in the spring by a bruised thigh that caused him to miss some valuable “reps” … should gain valuable experience this fall.

1990 Media Guide: Redshirted last year … expected to back up Dan Beatty at center this year … lacks experience, but is a good young player with intelligence, size and athletic ability all working in his favor … comes from an outstanding high school program and is well schooled in fundamentals … outstanding technician who should make significant strides this fall.

HIGH SCHOOL: All-Ohio as a senior and honorable mention on the USA Today team … an all-Midwest and a first team AP and UPI all-state selection as a senior … also named all-league, city and Southwest District … eared four varsity awards and served as captain as a senior … helped Moeller average over 300 yards and 30 points a game … Moeller was 31-8 during his career … also lettered in track.

Personal: Hobbies include listening to rock music … admires offensive lineman Anthony Munoz and Tony Mandarich.
