2004 Media Guide: A two-time letterman … appeared in four games in 2003 and has played in 25 games as a Buckeye.

2003 Season: Saw action against Northwestern, Indiana, Michigan and Kansas State … burst through the Kansas State punt protection in the first quarter of the 2004 Fiesta Bowl to block a Wildcat punt that teammate John Hollins returned for a 7-yard touchdown.

2003 Media Guide: Harlen Jacobs has appeared in 21 games as a Buckeye, including nine last year … one of the fastest players on the team in terms of straight-away speed (4.3) and one of the Buckeyes’ bigger and more physical corners, making him ideally suited for bump-and-run coverage … spends a lot of time studying film and is an intelligent player … a valuable special teams player because of his speed and power.
