1999 Media Guide: Frank Conrad is a second year walk-on to the Ohio State program. He redshirted the 1998 season as a true freshman. Tight ends coach Bill Conley: “Frank is a super young man who really helps this program. He has a great attitude and he is a talented athlete who can catch the football and who runs great routes.”
Personal: Chose to walk-on at Ohio State because of its “great tradition and pride mixed with great academic environment.” Attended Boca Raton High School and was a high school teammate of Steve Bellisari.
