2012 Media Guide: Dalton is a fifth-year senior who is in his fourth full year as a member of the football program … he initially wrestled at Ohio State before walking on to the football team in 2009, the year Ohio State won its fifth consecutive Big Ten championship and defeated Oregon in the Rose Bowl.

2010: Did not see any varsity action during the season.

2010 Media Guide: Backup defensive tackle still learning the ropes along the defensive front … a member of the Ohio State wrestling team at 285 lbs. before coming out for football.

2009: Did not see action for the Rose Bowl and Big Ten champions … scout team workhorse: Penn State.

High School: two-time Ohio High School State Tournament qualifier in wrestling … finished seventh in 2008 tournament as a heavyweight… sectional and district champion … two-time team MVP and captain … also lettered in football at Clear Fork High for Coach Rick Beans … second team all-league and participated in North-South All-Star game.
