2016 Media Guide: Aaron Parry is a true senior in his third full year with the football program, after initially walking on to the team in the spring of 2014 … he played along the defensive line in 2014 but switched to the offensive line in 2015 … it was a good move, as Parry played in 11 games for the Buckeyes on special teams and earned his first Varsity O letter … he was in on 15 plays vs. Rutgers for his personal high, and he also had nine plays in the BattleFrog Fiesta Bowl win over Notre Dame … a fine student, Parry is a two-time OSU Scholar-Athlete and an Academic all-Big Ten Conference honoree.

High School: He earned all-Ohio and all-ECOL honors in both football and basketball and was a captain for both teams at Bishop Rosecrans … helped lead Scott Moyer’s football team to the state playoffs three times, including the first playoff victory in school history … a 1,000-point scorer in basketball, Parry helped Rosecrans to a 20-0 start to the season as a junior and to the No. 1 ranking in the state of Ohio.

Personal: He is the son of Jennie and Larry Parry … he has an older brother, Dylan, and a twin sister, Alexandria.
